I've been in spaces where the coach told me to go live every single day, and when I did that and followed her script and it still didn't work – she said "I don't know what to tell you"

My first gig in marketing was 10 years ago; interning for a major non-profit in Boston where I helped the president create content from her kitchen table. I've worked with a huge variety of businesses from teachers selling their workbooks on Etsy to musicians to coaches to bookkeepers. And across virtually every platform.


When Torie came to me she was a self-proclaimed "baby CEO" and her marketing reflected that, even though she had years of experience as an Office Manager before turning to freelancing.
Her goal was to sign her first official OBM client and start generating more interest in her services through organic social media marketing.
She was half way through her 2 weeks of Voxer support when we celebrated 3 inquiries for her services.

HOW DID WE DO IT?
⚜️ She assumed her audience was her problem so she was mainly posting surface level trendy reels to get more eyes. Instead, we focused on created carousels that went deep & led her audience through a complete buyer's journey within one post.
⚜️ We focused on building genuine urgency for her offer (not fake, last chance to join CTAs) that showed her audience what happened if they waited
⚜️ We worked on showing her audience why they needed to invest in her offer over anyone else doing something similar. Pulling in her own personal growth stories, how she leads clients, and her framework in action.



When client M came to me she had a fairly good size audience that she built through posting lifestyle reels. However she never directly sold to them out of fear that they'd unfollow.
Her goal was to build a Yoga/Mindset business virtually.
We focused on a strategy that would make sales feel natural. 17 people signed up for her masterclass and she had carousel posts that sold her offer getting 200 likes.
HOW DID WE DO IT?
⚜️ Since she didn't have many client stories to pull from, we leaned heavily on her story (which her audience already loved her for). The difference was we used the strategic storytelling to sell her offers without pushing her audience away.
⚜️ We turned her lifestyle content into content that invited her audience into the story. When they started seeing themselves growing with her, they joined her offers.
⚜️ Client M is an action taker, she never once got off a call and had to 'think about it'. She took notes, left with her action plan, and got to work. That approach to mentorship paid off.
